It will make all point icons in a Spin plot to be drawn as 1-pixel points. The effect of this operation is only local to a Spin plot. It does not change the size and shape drawing styles of the observations represented by the point icons in a Spin plot.
Drawing 1-pixel points can cause a point cloud to rotate much faster on a Microsoft Windows machine when there are lots of points. To compensate for the visual inconspicuousness of 1-pixel points, you can resize a Spin plot and make it smaller.
This is only available to Spin plots.
